 "You delivered a container to us per our request and I might add, exactly on-time. We are a small company and our dock help usually comprises of myself and our engineering manager. This container was unusual for us as the product was not on pallets and needed to be unloaded by hand, so we had made arrangements for two temps to be on hand to help with the unloading - they did not show up. To make matters worse, I was out of the office. To make this long story short, our engineering manager, our 90 pound operations manager and your driver, Greg, saved the day. Without Greg's help and willingness to serve the customer, it may have been a very long day for us. I want to thank JA Logistics and Greg for the great effort and let you know how much we appreciate it. Over 300 cartons in 40 minutes onto pallets and into the warehouse - quite an effort by all.
